About the conference
The 10th edition of the conference for professionals dealing with "big data" - devoted to aspects of the introduction, development and use of Big Data solutions. The international conference will also gather participants from other markets and countries.

The roundtable discussion sessions are interactive and moderated discussions on selected topics related to Big Data. Each roundtable has a limited number of participants and requires prior registration.
There are several options for joining the conference speakers. One of them is participation in Call For Presentations, where you can submit your topic. Another path is to join the company to the group of partners whose package includes the participation of a representative in the agenda. Tickets
The purchase of a ticket guarantees participation in the conference, access to all conference sessions and materials, catering during the conference, and participation in the evening networking event.
You can cancel your participation up to 7 days before the conference. After this time it will not be possible.

Each participant must be individually registered using the form available on the website - https://bigdatatechwarsaw.eu/registration/. Any additional arrangements, needs or requests can be reported directly to the participants' guardian - Weronika Warpas [email protected]
Payment is made on the basis of a pro-forma invoice that we send after registration. You can pay for participation by transfer or card.
After registering and paying for their participation, each person becomes a conference participant. We do not send physical tickets. During preparations for the conference, you will receive all the necessary information, and in the last few days we will send you a barcode thanks to which you will quickly receive your conference ID. If you do not receive contact from us, please report it as it may be the result of an incorrectly provided e-mail address.
No, each application must be processed using the form available at https://bigdatatechwarsaw.eu/registration/. Any additional information or arrangements can be added in the "Additional comments related to invoicing" field or via e-mail.
Yes, the ticket covers all activities we offer in Agenda - https://bigdatatechwarsaw.eu/agenda/ - except for additional workshops that will take place on April 9.
Sure! We send VAT invoices immediately after receiving the payment, so depending on when it reaches us, it will be sent before or after the conference.
Organizational information
Yes, during the conference we will record most of the speeches, which we will then make available to conference participants within 14 days after the event, informing them about their availability by e-mail.
The Marriott Hotel is located in the very center of Warsaw, in the immediate vicinity of the Central Railway Station and suburban railways. From the Central Railway Station to the hotel it will take 5 minutes on foot.
