Expert in data engineering and process automation. He has been in the IT industry for over 19 years. Creates advanced solutions to maximize the value of data. He has an established experience in designing and implementing business applications as well as Big Data and cloud technologies. He has implemented complex IT projects for betting, automotive and retail companies, and for the largest banks in Poland.

At 3Soft he is in charge of an over 35-strong Data Management department consisting of DevOps & Data Engineering and Data Analysis teams. He supervises activities related to preparing concepts of system architectures and defining production environments. He implements practices of collecting, storing and using data in a secure, efficient and cost-effective way. Responsible for building and developing 3Soft's competencies in selected data management technologies. He analyses technology trends and implements them in projects carried out at the interface between IT and business.
