In his career so far, he has been mainly associated with the CRM area, where he was responsible for analytical support for communication and personalization processes, development of analytical environments, as well as the construction and implementation of solutions in the field of predictive analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Since 2015 at Bank Millennium, where he is currently Head the Data Science Unit in the Customer Intelligence Department.
