Jonathan has spent over 30 years’ working with data in a wide variety of senior leadership and technical roles, and he is passionate about helping organisations understand their data ecosystems from first principles, and make them more valuable.

As a transformational leader, Jonathan has established highly valuable, lasting capabilities at organisations such as Experian, Sony PlayStation and Direct Line Group. His experience covers areas such as data engineering, data science, data ecosystem platforms, and agile delivery, and organisational strategy.

Prior to joining Ab Initio in 2020, Jonathan was an Ab Initio customer for 20 years, using the software to establish highly productive teams and applications – with a particular focus on metadata-driven applications and scalable frameworks for data science teams to perform adaptive analytics and deliver easily into single customer view decisioning systems.
