Janusz is a senior manager and data architect in PwC Advisory PL. He is currently the leader of Data Management Team in PwC Advisory. He has over 15 years of experience in IT including 8 years of professional experience as bigdata architect. A years of experience in the areas of data warehousing, data marts and MDM. Janusz specializes in data integration from various source systems(batch, real-time) to integrated bigdata platform based on Hadoop distributions. Last for 4 years he was a technical leader and architect of PwC team engaged in the migration project where PwC supported client (international bank) with migration of current its environment into new dedicated analytical platform in bigdata on Cloudera. Janusz develops Data strategy for the organization covering Data Architecture Context, Vision & Model, principles, along with complete road map and list of data management initiatives.
