Dear Sirs,

If for various reasons you will not be able to participate in the event, it is possible to cancel your participation, but it is necessary to communicate such a decision at least 10 days before the start of the conference.

We would like to emphasize that failure to appear at the conference is not equivalent to an official resignation. In order to formally notify the cancellation, please send the appropriate notification by email to weronika.warpas@evention.pl.
