Sahar Tahvili is an AI product development leader at Ericsson AB and an active researcher at the Industrial AI Systems (IAIS) laboratory at Mälardalen University. Holding a Ph.D. in Software Engineering, awarded in 2018, Sahar has made significant contributions to the field of software testing and artificial intelligence.

Sahar’s expertise lies in leveraging AI and advanced testing methodologies for complex software-intensive systems. Her research focuses on developing decision support systems (DSS) and optimizing software testing processes, with practical applications in various industries. In 2022, Sahar co-authored the book "Artificial Intelligence Methods for Optimization of the Software Testing Process: With Practical Examples and Exercises" with Leo Hatvani. This book has also received recognition from BookAuthority, being selected as one of the Best New Intelligence Testing Books.
