Natalia is the Senior Technical Project Manager at Pearson’s AI Products & Solutions unit. Currently she’s been transitioning to the Product Owner role. She collaborates with the current Product Owner in, defining the product vision and requirements, managing product backlog, planning releases managing project risks. Over the past 10 years Natalia has been working as a project manager, team lead, scrum master and a product owner in a wide range of projects - from scrum-based to “waterfall” programmes. She is a holder of Scrum.org certificates: PSPO I, PSPO III, SM I.
