Mariusz works as a Big Data Group Director in Adform, advertising technology company. Over the years he had the pleasure to design and develop software for many different clients. Also, he has an opportunity to manage mid size teams of specialists in various areas (software development, IT Support, Business Intelligence and R&D). Currently his career path is focused on team and people management with addition of Enterprise IT Architecture (with specialization in business intelligence and data architecture). This way Mariusz can use his experience not only in software designing & development but also in people management.
