Konrad is a Data & Tools Tribe Lead within Risk Hub at ING. He has been building and leading data and analytics teams for over 13 years. Over those years he managed and personally built old school solutions like data warehouses, BI, reporting, later moving to big data, lakes, and data products. Complementing this with machine learning, statistical modelling, and industry specific knowledge for FMCG, retail, manufacturing, and other industries. Since last 8 years, he has focused on projects for banking and the financial industry.

His current team of over 150 experts streamlines data processes for global ING credit risk and automates statistical modelling activities.

From the human and organizational side, he values proactiveness from people and teams, especially on implementing and innovating way of working by introducing new tools and technology.
